On Thursday, August 4th, our fearless architect, armed with drawings, photographs and a model, traveled to Clinton to plead our case to the Clinton Historic Commission. Although we were initially breezily optimistic about our chances for approval, we started to get nervous when we read about some tabled projects from past commission meetings. As it turns out, we should not have worried. Our plans were approved at the meeting, and the green light is officially on for the renovation! Ladies and gentlemen, let the bidding begin!
